C & H Dicasting Troy, TX
When C & H Dicasting had major issues with their roof the obvious choice was ER Systems. C & H had 150,000 square feet of metal roof that was in desperate need of repair. ER Systems has a metal roof restoration system that has over 30 years of success.
The project started with replacing over 10,000 fasteners. We then removed all non working roof top units. Pressure washed the entire roof at 3000 psi removing any dirt or debris that had accumulated over the years. The roof was beginning to rust so we used ER Systems Eraguard 2000 rust inhibiting primer over the entire roof surface to encapsulate the rust and to prevent it from continuing. |

Once the rust was taken care of all seams, fasteners, and roof penetrations were sealed with ER Systems HER. HER is a polyurethane sealant that bends and stretches with the thermal contraction and expansion of the building. Because there is no fabric imbedded in it, it is able to move with the building as needed. HER is a product that has been used since 1977; its performance is second to none. Once the roof was sealed and watertight two coats of ER Systems Eraguard 1000 was spray applied over entire roof area. This highly reflective Energy Star certified product provides maximum performance keeping the building cooler, dry, and running more efficiently. |
