ERSystems Completes “Green” Corporate Headquarters (12-7-04)

ERSystems has completed construction of their 50,000 ft2 plant in Rockford, MN. The new facility consolidates warehousing and triples the square footage dedicated to coatings production and research. The building design incorporates a number of sustainable features including: 5,000 ft2 of Prairie Garden Roof, 40,000 ft2 of highly reflective roof coatings, a 5 kW Solar Array, and 10,000 ft2 of the pervious Prairie Parking system.
